The awarded yield on the U.S. 20-year Treasury bond is 4.81%, slightly below the pre-auction trading level
According to Jinse, the U.S. Treasury Department auctioned $13 billion in 20-year Treasury bonds with an awarded yield of 4.81%. The pre-auction trading level at the bidding deadline of 1 PM Eastern Time was 4.814%. The awarded yield was 4.810%, previous auction was 4.632%. The bid-to-cover ratio was 2.63 times, compared to 2.78 times last time. Primary dealers were awarded 17%, up from 8.8% last time. Direct bidders were awarded 12.3%, down from 22.4% last time. Indirect bidders were awarded 70.7%, up from 68.8% last time.
