Vitalik: Aave's loss level is 50 times lower than the average in the DeFi industry and 250 times lower than CEX

According to ChainCatcher, Vitalik Buterin responded to a post by Aave's founder and CEO Stani Kulechov, stating: "Congratulations on keeping hack losses so low! Based on a quick bot check, Aave's loss level is 50 times lower than the average in the DeFi industry and 250 times lower than centralized exchanges (with an actual annualized yield of -0.01%, expected annualized yield of -0.53%, expected annualized yield of -2.75%). Given the recent instability in macro-political and financial markets, I think you (and DeFi as a whole) are quite competitive in tail risk in the fiat currency space."
