Chromia: Most Crypto-MCPs Have Potential Vulnerabilities That Could Lead to User Transaction Redirection
Superoo7, head of data and AI at Chromia, stated that most Crypto-MCPs have potential vulnerabilities, which could allow hackers to redirect user transactions to hacker wallets via the Cursor and Anthropic's Claude platform.
The vulnerability stems from "poisoned" MCPs, which users may be unaware of. Superoo7 recommends using trusted MCP servers, reducing funds in the wallet, and using the MCP-Scan tool for protection.
