Meteora: A blacklist mechanism will be introduced to prevent bad entities such as Kelsier and users who use fake traffic from obtaining MET allocation
On March 22nd, Meteora announced in a post on X that one of the main concerns of the community is to prevent MET from flowing to bad actors, such as volume brush users or addresses related to entities like Kelsier Ventures. To address this issue, Meteora will launch a community-driven initiative - creating a public, verifiable blacklist listing all addresses that will be excluded from MET distribution. Meteora has partnered with Bubblemaps and Rugcheck to enhance this blacklist, allowing any user to submit wallet addresses they suspect of abusing the LP incentive program, ensuring fair distribution of MET.
