Badger passes two proposals for grant program and converting 50% of wBTC liquidity to eBTC

Badger has announced that two proposals have been voted through, one of which allows the treasury to now have the right to transfer up to 50% of the treasury-controlled liquidity (TCL) from BADGER/wBTC to BADGER/eBTC; the other proposal approves the Badger grant plan, which states that a $250,000 grant plan will be launched in the second half of 2024 to expand the product range and attract new contributors.
